OsmAnd Cloud is a cloud storage service that is not associated with the Android or iOS versions of the app, or the Web platform.

Cross-platform

OsmAnd Cloud provides the ability to backup, restore and utilize data across Android, iOS devices and the web version. Cloud's cross-platform capabilities allow you to transfer profile settings, tracks, favorites, OSM Edits/Notes and more from one device to another. In the web version, you can plan a route and save it for later use on devices connected to OsmAnd Cloud.

The cross-platform capability allows you to use OsmAnd on all platforms (Android ← β†’ iOS β†’ Web). To do this you need to:

  1. Subscribe to OsmAnd Pro. Read more about how to do this for Android here, and for iOS here.
  2. You can can use a free cloud backup as part of the OsmAnd Start plan, but only for favorites, settings and OSM edits/notes. The cloud storage will be 5 MB.
  3. Register your account on the OsmAnd server.
